We've all got your back. Get support along your community management journey, from both your mentor and the members of The Community Club.
Our hope is that by elevating those who are just starting to build their community careers, we can fuel the growth of the industry, and support community builders everywhere.

Get paired with a community expert. Learn from someone who's been through it all, while getting a better understanding of how to build and engage your existing community.
Talk through difficult situations, learn how to handle the unexpected, and have easy access to someone who knows what you're going through and is ready to help.
Make connections in the industry and develop leadership skills needed to build a successful community and team.
Get access to an extended community of other experienced community professionals, including events specifically for participants in the program.
While the program is free, we do ask that you or your employer donate $500 to a charity or non-profit of your mentor’s choosing.
The program runs for three months, but you and your mentor may choose to continue working together after the ‘official’ program is over. You'll also gain permanent access to The Community Club, the best community for community there is!
Yes, the the program is fully remote, open to anyone, anywhere. Just bring a desire to learn more about community building and management! We'll try and pair you with a mentor that's in a time zone reasonably close to your own!
We provide the foundation and resources for both you and your mentor, and we will periodically be in touch to check in on how things are going. We'll also provide space for you to connect with other folks in the mentor program as well as Community Managers from all over the world.
The program runs quarterly and typically starts at the beginning of the quarter, pending mentor's availability.
